BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS |

1. |
Only those persons listed on the booking form may use the property. |
|
2. |
The property will be available for occupation from 4 pm on arrival day until 11 am on departure date (unless prior arrangements agreed). |

3. |
All guests agree to treat the house, furniture and fixtures with due care and attention, and on departing leave the house in a reasonable state of cleanliness, with all furniture in the same position as found. |

4. |
Guest will pay for any loss, damage or breakage. |
|
5. |
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday home. |
|
6. |
Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed in the home. |
|
7. |
The owners will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage sustained by the tenants. |
|
8. |
The Owners will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, war of threat or war, hostilities, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems, transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports or any other event beyond their control. |

9. |
The owners cannot accept responsibility for any accident/injury caused as a result from use of the pool and it s surrounding areas. Tenants are specifically required to supervise children at all times. |

10. |
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. |

11. |
A security deposit of £150/$270 will be required which is fully refundable after a final inspection to confirm that damage, loss or breakage has not occurred. |

12. |
Cancellation of reservation/booking will be subject to the following charges. Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total rental amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total rental amount. Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total rental. |

13. |
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with a minimum of $125/£70. |
